New rules regarding work rights for international graduates
The cap on the amount of time that can be worked while holding a student visa will increase to 48 hours every two weeks starting on July 1. International students employed in the aged care industry will not be subject to the cap until December 31, 2023, according to the federal budget presented by Treasurer Jim Chalmers.
