Skilled Visa

This visa enables individuals who have previously resided and worked in specific rural Australia on a valid visa to do so indefinitely. The requirements of the applicant's valid visa must have been met. For at least three years, you must have held a 491 or 494 visa. Australia allows for permanent residence. In Australia, you can work and study. You may register in Medicare, Australia's government health insurance programme, and sponsor your family members in Australia. You have five years to travel to and from Australia.

The Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191) has no minimum income criterion. Out of the five years of their eligible visa, the primary applicant must present notifications of assessment from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years. Those primary applicants who have already filed should make sure these three notices are included in their application.
