Business Owner Visa (Sub Class 890)
This visa is intended for Australian business owners and managers. You are able to remain in Australia indefinitely. You need a valid visa issued on a specific basis in order to apply as the main applicant. In the two years prior to submitting your application, you must have spent at least 12 months living in Australia on that visa.
Before submitting the application, you must have owned and operated a business in Australia for at least two years.
In Australia, you can work and study. During this visa. You can sign up for Medicare, Australia's national health insurance programme. Your relatives can be sponsored for five years to visit Australia and to travel there and back.
